How VELUX is re-building the CSDM and the service catalog utilizing the ServiceNow products: DPM, Decision tables, UI Messages and the CSDM framework. In the presentation we would like to share where we came from (a messy data foundation) and the road we took as a company to leverage the OOTB solutions to streamline our incident process, our request fulfillment process and ensure a faster to market approach.
